Job Description:
 

• Promote SMDC Properties through advertisements and other effective strategies

• Recruit, Manage and Lead unlimited numbers of SMDC sales partners

• Sources potential clients and provides excellent customer service

• Develops and maintains client database

• Prepares and facilitates effective client presentations

• Assists clients in completing all required documentation to book the sale

• Achieves monthly sales goals

• Represents SMDC in roadshows

Minimum Qualifications:
 

• Completed at least 2 years in college

• Preferably has sales experience

• Preferably has ideas in digital marketing

• Good communication skills

• Leadership skills

• Pleasant personality

• Good negotiation skills

• Preferably has an active passport and experience travelling outside the country

• Preferably has networks abroad

• Willing to be deployed abroad
